6) I am so very pleased with the sink replacement done by your technician at my home this morning. He was on time, courteous, informative, finished when he said he would, and cleaned up nicely after doing a wonderful job. No one, including myself, would ever believe my integrated sink was not the original one. That man is good! Like anyone who's ever had any remodeling done, I have nightmare stories about contractors, but your company is exemplary. I also commend Connie and you for prompt, clear communications, and for being easy to reach when I had a question.

9) Please allow me to put in writing our experience with Back to Perfection and, more importantly, you and the technician. As you know, this has been quite an experience for us. Before we ended up with you, we had gotten the run-around and were beginning to run out of hope. We really appreciate how you stayed on our "problem" until you came up with a resolution. You have certainly made us believe in the Corian product, even when there are problems. As it relates to the tech, we could not have been happier with the results. He is a fine young man and is a credit to your company. He showed up on time, as promised, and all we had to do was show him the problem area and then leave him to do his work. When we came back at the end of the day, he had almost completed the job. Since it was around 6:00 in the evening, we told him he could come back the next day and finish but he insisted on finishing the job that day. He did a remarkable job on everything. The sink was put in perfectly (I'm still trying to find the seam) and the huge crack in the countertop was repaired and I can't find any evidence of that either. He really does an outstanding job. He also resurfaced much of the counter where seams were starting to show through and made it look like new. We can't say enough about the technician and the quality of work that he does. We have decided that if we ever need any Corian work done, it will be done by your company and we will request the tech by name. I hope that you will pass these comments on to management. Being in business ourselves, we know that complaints are filed much more easily and frequently than compliments. We would never have gotten this job completed without the help of you and technician.
