22) We are writing to let you know we are so happy with the work BTP technician did for us. The repair to our Corian counter was done in such a way that it's impossible to know there ever was a split in the seam. It looks beautiful! And having him polish the entire counter top makes it all look like new again. We couldn't be more delighted with his work.
What really stands out is his professionalism -- from his first phone call, letting us know when he would arrive, to the last good bye. Throughout the project, he was considerate of the constraints of working in our unit and in our condominium building, thoughtful and thorough in his answers to all our questions about the repair process, relaxed yet most efficient in his work, and extremely neat. In the end, I think our kitchen was cleaner than when he arrived.

23)I just want you to know how pleased we are with the recent counter top repair performed by your company. We had a defective Wilsonart SSV product, out of warranty, that no one was able (or willing) to fix. Except BTP. Your technician, Dale, showed up promptly, discussed the six-inch crack along the top, pulled out a matching sample color, gave me a fixed price for the job, and then went to work. He had every tool imaginable for the project, along with a vacuum attachment which sucked all the dirt/debris while he worked. There was no mess and within a few hours...voila! Like magic, the counter top was back to its original state. In fact, when my wife returned home from work, she couldn't even see where the crack was repaired because Dales' workmanship was superior. So don't waste time getting other bids. BTP is all you will need.
